Abstract (summary): This study investigated Moringa oleifera seed oil (MOSO) in animal models of inflammatory and hyperproliferative skin conditions. Topical MOSO reduced acute and chronic skin inflammation, ear edema, neutrophil migration, and epidermal hypertrophy, showing anti-inflammatory effects comparable to dexamethasone but without the same adverse effects on skin thickness and key organs. The results support MOSO as a promising topical anti-inflammatory option for skin diseases involving keratinocyte hyperproliferation.
